LOAN FOR IMPROVEMENT OF LIVING CONDITIONS
Loan for Improvement of Living Conditions is intended for purchasing home appliances, domestic electric goods, vehicles and vessels as well as for other goods and services for improvement of living conditions of our clients and members of their household.
The loan beneficiaries are:
- Individuals generating income from business activity.
- Permanently employed persons,
- Employed persons under fixed-term contract in continuity at least 12 months,
- Pensioners of Pension and Disability Insurance Fund of Montenegro (PIO Fund),

Loan amount: up to 10.000 EUR
Loan maturity:
- For loans up to 3.000 EUR – up to 36 months,
- For loans 3.001 EUR – 5.000 EUR – up to 48 months,
- For loans 5.001 EUR – 10.000 EUR – up to 60 months.
